My story

I'm Alex Giani. I grew up in Alton, NH in the Lakes Region, and a few years back I made the move to Nottingham for the best reason possible — my wife Victoria. She works as a dental assistant and somehow still finds time to help me out with the business when her schedule allows. I couldn't do it without her.

Before starting Giani Exterior Services, I spent 12 years working for Sparkling Concepts Window Cleaning. They're a great company and taught me a tremendous amount — not just about exterior cleaning, but about how to work with people, how to communicate, and what it really takes to leave a customer satisfied. I still have a lot of respect for that team and we continue to refer work to each other to this day.

A shoulder injury eventually forced me to step away from window cleaning. It was tough at the time, but looking back, it pushed me to do something I'd been thinking about for a while — start my own business. I wanted to build something where I was the one setting the standard, where customers could count on the same person every time, and where taking care of people came first. That's how Giani Exterior Services came to be, and I'm proud of what it's become.
